Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation:

We only allow cancellation within 2 days after the product is ordered.

If the order is shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.

Replacement:

If the product is received in a damaged, broken or defective condition, you can contact our customer support via email at info.zingcart@gmail.com or on call on +918291429850 (10:00AM-6:00PM, Monday – Saturday). You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free.

Refund:

If product is out of stock, the refund will be processed from our end within 2 working days . The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 5-7 working days.
